D&E Management was founded by Eleanor Wyche and her late husband, David Wyche while managing their daughter’s early performance career. What began as family guidance quickly grew into a formal management company designed to help young performers navigate the entertainment industry with professionalism and support.

With dual MBA backgrounds and a shared commitment to developing new talent, Eleanor and David built D&E to bridge the gap between training and professional work - ensuring ATAP students had access to real representation, informed preparation, and meaningful opportunities.

Today, D&E Management continues that mission by connecting emerging performers with reputable agents, auditions, and industry pathways. As ATAP’s sister company, D&E remains a trusted partner in preparing the next generation of artists for the stage and screen.
